Customs Union regulations require submission and registration of mandatory declarations of conformity for telecommunications, radiocommunications and information technology equipment not covered in the mandatory certification list of products. GOST-R certification for EMC and safety of telecom equipment and ITE in Russia has largely been replaced by the Customs Union Technical Regulations (CU TR).
